About Me
I'm a Computer Engineering student at Syracuse University with a focus on FPGA development, embedded systems, and machine learning applications. Currently, I'm working as an undergraduate research assistant deploying spiking neural networks on FPGAs under Professor Qiu.
What drew me to engineering was my love for building things that solve real problems. Outside of coursework and research, I enjoy developing personal projects: a Spotify companion app for custom song cropping, a motion detector for home alerts, and a radio-based GPS tracker I use while snowboarding with friends. These projects let me apply what I'm learning in ways that feel immediately useful.
When I'm not coding or soldering, you'll find me hiking, indoor bouldering, or traveling. Last summer, I visited Japan, Korea, Singapore, Cambodia, and Vietnam. These experiences gave me a broader perspective on how technology intersects with daily life across different cultures.
I'd love to connect, feel free to reach out!
