I am excited to announce that Lucas Inc. has entered into a strategic partnership with AMD, a global leader in high-performance computing and semiconductor technology. Together, we will co-develop our next product: the Le Calc, an AI-integrated calculator designed for students.

Under this agreement, AMD will provide the processing technology and chip architecture that will power the Le Calc's AI capabilities. Our team will lead product design, AI software development, and distribution through our established retail channels. This partnership brings together AMD's industry-leading silicon expertise with our strengths in consumer electronics and our commitment to putting consumers first.

Five years ago, we launched Lucas Inc. with the Le Pen and a simple belief: that thoughtful technology can improve everyday life. The Le Calc represents the next chapter in that mission. By partnering with AMD, we are positioning ourselves to deliver a product that meets the high standards our customers expect from us.

The Le Calc is on track to ship in Q3 2026.
